HBRE removed two structural wall sections and installed two beams in order to dramatically open up the lower level. Large multi-purpose basement spaces were created for the whole family to enjoy. In order to finish most of the floor with tile, HBRE had to level the original farmhouse slab.
A relatively newly built home, this project included many of the elements and spaces common to a basement finish. Building a fitness room with both a closet and egress compliant window and ensures that the home is ready for maximum resale value in the future.
The priority for this basement finish project was to design and build a large entertainment space for friends and family to gather and watch football. HBRE also worked to creatively finish a space under the stairs for kids to use, complete with a small barn door entrance.
