The homeowners needed more space, inside and out. We designed a 2nd floor addition creating two spacious bedrooms with large closets. The laundry was moved out of a cramped mudroom to its very own room on the 2nd floor. Two full garage stalls were added making the garage a climate controlled 4-car tandem space with great storage potential. Exteriors were updated with the addition of natural stone and dark cedar to add warmth and texture.
