The homeowners recently moved in and liked the existing floor plan of their 25 year old home. The space just needed some changes to update aesthetics and function. HBRE added more storage to the kitchen island and gave it an accent color. We retrofitted existing cabinetry to allow for new appliances, gave the perimeter cabinetry fresh paint and new hardware. New countertops, sink & faucet, and tiled backsplash create a cozier and more cohesive space. The new picture molding on the walls of the entry hall and living room create interest, and teamed with new sconce lights they create focal points of the owners’ art pieces. The refreshed kitchen, refinished wood floors, wool carpet, fresh paint, and custom trim details all add new life to the space.
